Hi Kamaljit,
It would make no sense for me to link to you or for you to link to me as our websites are unrelated. You want link backs from sites that deal with a subject matter that is related to your website. Linking to unrelated sites will hurt your website not help it.
Find linking partners that have a similar interest as your website content.
You really should learn about this stuff if you expect to have any level of success at all.
